Return & Refund Policies

Return Policies

All hand crafted items are not going to be exactly alike. I try to give very detailed descriptions of our items, please pay careful attention to the types of materials your items are made out of.

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. Returns can be made on some items and you must contact me first before returning any item. Items that are eligible for a return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

The following types of items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange: gift cards, sale items, digital downloads, *custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

*Personalized items cannot be returned and it is good to double check the spellings before submitting your orders. If you have made an error, contact us right way. If the item is received and you notice an error, the item can be sent back and fixed at customer cost. Customer is responsible for the shipping both ways. If it is an error made by Artsy Creations By Cheri, I will fix it and pay for return shipping or send a replacement out at my cost.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at cheri@artsycreationsbycheri.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. If a return is approved, the return address will be provided to you via email.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such items back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time:

  • A refund to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item
    • Refunds do not include shipping charges, as those are non-refundable.
  • An exchange of merchandise for the item returned
  • A non-transferable merchandise credit

We cannot process returns or exchanges for our products purchased from secondary retailers.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
