Order Cancellations & Changes Policies

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in Our Terms and Conditions. See https://artsycreationsbycheri.com/policies/termsandconditions/.

To initiate a cancellation or make changes, please email us at cheri@artsycreationsbycheri.com.

Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund, as long as the item hasn’t already been shipped.

Changes

If an item needs to be changed or deleted from your order, you must contact us and we’ll work through the change and come to a resolution.

Changes (or corrections) to *personalization must be made within 24 hours to ensure the items is created correctly.

*Personalized items cannot be returned and it is good to double check the spellings before submitting your orders. If you have made an error, contact us right way. If the item is received and you notice an error, the item can be sent back and fixed at customer cost. Customer is responsible for the shipping both ways. If it is an error made by Artsy Creations By Cheri, we will fix it and pay for return shipping or send a replacement out at our cost.
